ChanceLight® Autism Services offers the highest quality of intensive, research-based behavioral treatment for children and young adults up to age 21 with autism spectrum disorder. ChanceLight® provides comprehensive services to children and their families in their homes, clinics and schools throughout the country.
ChanceLight® is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, which is widely recognized as an effective, evidence-based treatment for autism and is endorsed by the U.S. Surgeon General and American Academy of Pediatrics as the treatment of choice for autism. ABA therapy is covered by many private and government insurance providers.
Working in close collaboration with parents and education professionals, ChanceLight® develops customized ABA therapy programs and equips each child’s home, clinic or school team with the training and supervision necessary for high-quality, consistent teaching and behavioral intervention. For more than 10 years, ChanceLight® has offered intensive, research-based behavioral treatment that yields best outcomes for children.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
ChanceLight staff work for a dynamic company that provides a true career path with opportunities to learn, grow and advance professionally. Individuals can advance in their positions by receiving recommendations from supervisors and continuing their education and professional development.
Clinical Training
All staff members are provided with annual and ongoing clinical training in; autism spectrum disorders, basic principles of ABA therapy, concepts related to motivating children with autism, B.F. Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior, data collection, and effective teaching procedures in both the intensive teaching setting and natural environment.
Advanced Training
As staff members advance, they will receive additional training in areas such as; functional behavior assessment, behavior plan development, assessing language and behavior skills, and supervising staff and ABA programming for children with autism.
Intensive Mentorship
ChanceLight offers an intensive mentorship and supervision program for individuals seeking board certification. Upon acceptance into the mentorship program, ChanceLight provides the required Supervised Independent Fieldwork in behavior analysis at no cost. ChanceLight offers extraordinary incentives to its clinicians who become certified.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years old or older
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Experience working with children
- Clear background check
- Educational background in related field
- Valid driver’s license* Some positions may require additional certifications and experience.
